Overview: Ryoma
Echizen, 12 years old, who won four consecutive titles at the
American Junior Tennis Tournament has come to Japan due to his
father's decision that he be enrolled at Seishun Gakuen, a
middle school in Tokyo known for its highly acclaimed Tennis
Team. Ryoma joins the team and proved that he can be a tennis
prince anywhere he goes. He meets his teammates as well as their
young coach, Sumire Ryuzaki, a former student of Ryoma's father,
Nanjirou. Enters Egate Mcleod Higaki on the scene, the coach of
Hyotei who gets to invade and challenges Seigaku (more
like Akutsu).
Meanwhile he has this younger sister, Shion, who is mute whom
Ryoma eventually befriends as he saves her from highschool
bullies on the train (Shion
replaces Sakuno's role).
The story is more likely series-based with some deviations on
the characters and plot and most of all the casting is real live
actors mostly from the Tenimyu cast.
