Inui is not only one of the strongest Regular of Seigaku but also one of the Smartest and Weirdest players. Using his notebook, he'll scribble all the datas he can take on a player and use it against him. Its just like playing with your own self. He can easily calculate all the percentages of winning and hitting counter attacks on his opponents. Also, Inui works as the team's manager. He designs training schemes along with a special penalty called "Inui's Juice" with all those weird concoctions on it, you'll surely faint upon drinking it. Inui became a regular after defeating Momoshiro during the second ranking match (the start of HYOTEI arc).
