This 12 years old tennis genius has already won four consecutive titles at the American Jr. Tennis Tournament. Ryoma has come to Japan to enroll at Seigaku, a middle school which is famous for its Tennis Club. Since he was born in America, he speaks English well.  Ryoma often hides his feelings and always shows a cold facade but if there is one thing aside from Tennis that can let Ryoma show his feelings, well, its Karupin, his Himalayan Cat. Ryoma also usually ends up saving Sakuno, a girl he met on the train and became one of his close friend. Ryoma can copy any types of techniques and his best skills are Twist Serve, Cyclone Smash, Nitoryou, and One-footed Split Step.
